Navigating Change
“My expectations were absolutely exceeded. I could tell that people enjoyed the event and that they came to know the other guests on a deeper level.”
Dan Ryan
President and Founder, Agency 967
Palabra worked with Dan to craft a virtual event that explored the topic of Navigating Change. Dan invited a small group of industry leaders, and Palabra handled the rest.
Before the event, Palabra managed the agenda and RSVP’s and touched base with each guest to let them know what they should expect. Each guest was prompted to prepare a short story to share about a time when they were forced to adapt to changes in their own lives and what it taught them.
During the event, Palabra’s expert moderator guided the conversation to promote active participation and meaningful dialogue. A visual storyteller captured key moments from the evening, which was both displayed in real-time during the event and shared with each guest as a takeaway from their Palabra experience.
Dan was so pleased with his Palabra experience and the relationships that he plans to host additional events, both virtually (in the short-term) and in-person when that becomes possible.
“Long term, I think they’ll remember this event above all of the other seminars, webinars and such.
It stands out in such a positive way.”
