Moderated Structure
This isn’t a networking event to shmooze and show off. Palabra’s event format is structured in such a way to make sure everyone feels like they belong and can contribute.
The expert moderator guides the conversation, asks challenging questions, and connects patterns and themes to reveal powerful insights about the people.
Personal Storytelling
Everyone is given a question in advance to prepare a story to share. This element not only allows everyone to participate but is a key element for building trust. When vulnerability is reciprocated by sharing something personal among a group, people feel more connected to each other.
