Impact

Companies don’t endure unless they are defined by a larger sense of purpose that transcends the bottom line. Similarly if, as individuals, we simply move through life in linear fashion we risk falling into a set of limiting beliefs that could prevent us from pursuing what Clayton Christensen liked to call “The deepest joy in our lives.”

If impact moves people and people move organizations then we need a frank discussion about the stories we tell about how and why we have yet to become the most audacious, impactful version of ourselves. What would it look like to re-orient our companies and our lives around impact? How can we lead with agency?
